For those that have dined with us before, will know fabulous French Executive Chef Olivier Boudon (Frog). Olivier is an eighth generation chef that started cooking from the age of 12.

Olivier has owned and run restaurants all around the world. He is passionate and likes everyone to be satisfied.

Chef Jake Hatch (Roastbeef – right) joined us late last year and is an experienced and passionate chef. He has trained through England and Paris in Rosette and a Michelin star restaurant. They are supported by a wonderful Apprentice Chef Riley (left).

We understand the difference between average and excellent. We are striving for the pinnacle. Dietary restrictions are easily catered for and handled without fuss or fanfare. If your needs are out of the ordinary, feel free to call in advance.

You will appreciate that we are extremely proud of our product. It will come as no surprise to someone as discerning as you that we request you do not bring your own beverages or edibles.
